I bought this about 4 months ago. For the most part it is a terrific machine. My only complaints are that if anyone leaves coins or small thin objects in their pockets, they get caught in the bottom of the machine under the bottom plate. You can hear the grinding noise as the machine agitates! Luckily my husband is handy and can take the plate apart to get the coins out. We have to do this frequently which annoys me considering the money spent on this!! What if my husband wasn't handy.. would I have to pay ridiculous amounts of money to have a repair man come out and service the machine?? the basket also started making a grinding noise after 4 months too!I love all the features of this machine that is why I gave it 4 stars but am not happy about the poor design of the bottom of the washer and the noises after such a short time. - By maryjane
